Founder
TJ is a qualified process engineer and data solution specialist with a passion for the performing arts.
He currently manages his own consultancy business in Melbourne, Enlight Consulting, specialising in procurement, process improvement, and data solutions. His client portfolio includes CFOs and senior executives from both the public and private sector, and not-for-pro t organisations including The Australian Ballet.
Kris Burley
Adviser
After years competing as an Olympic gymnast for Canada, Kris moved behind the camera in the entertainment industry. Kris later joined Cirque du Soleil as a circus artist, appearing in the production of Alegria and as Assistant Artistic Director of Dralion.
Kris is a founder of Artuitive Group, a creative management consulting rm in Toronto providing in arts and entertainment, sport, communications and public relations.

Pacific Region.
With over ten years of experience, Raphaël and his team at Alphalog have delivered on-line business solutions to small to medium businesses and governments both in the Paci c Region and Australia.
Lee Christofis AM
Adviser
Lee is a long-time advocate for dance and has been a leading dance critic and arts commentator in Australia for more than 25 years. Lee served eight years as Ausdance National Vice President and is an Honorary Life Member of Ausdance.
Lee was the Curator of Dance at the National Library of Australia 2006 until his retirement and received an Australian Dance Award for Services to Dance in 2009.
Kenneth Watkins AM

Kenneth is one of the most sought after and well-respected fundraiser in Australian performing arts and has been a member of the Executive Team at The Australian Ballet since 1998.
In 2015 Kenneth started Kenneth Watkins Philanthropy and released a book “Philanthropy and the Arts” which he co-wrote with Emeritus Professor Jennifer Radbourne, a well-respected academic and consultant in arts management in Australia and Asia.
Simone Pulga

Simone is an alumnus of La Scala in Milan, and spent his early professional life as a dancer with the Stuttgart Ballet (Germany) and The Australian Ballet.
Following his career in dance, Simone founded Enter Closer, today the largest private underwriter of independent theatre in Australia. Enter Closer owns and operates The Butterfly Club in Melbourne, staging over 800 shows every year.
